Wondering where your order is? Here's everything you need to know about tracking your parcel, delivery timeframes, and what to do if something doesn’t look quite right.

Fulfilled | Your order has been dispatched or is ready for pickup |
🕵️♀️ Step 1: Check Your Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

📱 Hot tip: If you're in Australia, we recommend downloading the AusPost app to get real-time notifications and updates (since they don’t leave card notices in mailboxes anymore).

🛒 Step 2: Is Your Order Still Processing?
Orders placed before 12 PM (AEST/AEDT, Melbourne AU time) on weekdays are usually dispatched same day*. Orders placed after this cutoff will head out the next business day.
*This is a guideline, not a guarantee. While we do our best to ship orders out on time, dispatch may be delayed during peak periods, sales events, or due to unexpected courier or warehouse issues.
