If your tracking hasn’t changed in a while, don’t panic! Sometimes couriers experience scanning delays or miss a tracking update along the way.

Tracking updates can occasionally pause for a day or two, especially during busy periods. But if your tracking hasn't updated for more than:
7 business days (within Australia)
10 business days (international)
then something may be up, and we’re happy to help investigate.

Your full name
A screenshot or link to the tracking status (if available)
We’ll follow it up with the courier and open an investigation if needed.
