My delivery is delayed - what can I do?
Waiting longer than expected? We know how important it is to get your gear on time, especially before a big training block or race!
🆘 Tracking hasn’t moved?
If your parcel shows as ‘pending’, has had no updates for 7+ business days, or you’re concerned it’s lost:
Contact us by submitting a form here as soon as possible.
In a rush? Place a replacement order now and choose Express at checkout
We’ll open a case with the courier to investigate and keep you up to date.
Once we have an outcome we will be able to offer a solution for you,
👉 If you choose not to order a replacement, we’ll need to wait for the courier's investigation before proceeding. We do not send free replacements.

These timeframes are guidelines only and may be impacted by conditions outside our control (e.g. weather, public holidays, courier delays, high order/parcel volumes)
We don’t take responsibility if your order was left to the last minute, please plan ahead and always choose Express if you’re on a tight deadline.
