My package was Return to Sender (RTS) – what happens now?

If your parcel is returned to us by the courier (RTS), don’t stress, we’ve got a few options for you.

If we’re notified by the courier first, we’ll email you. If you spot the RTS status before we do, please contact our Athlete Support team as soon as possible so we can assist.


What are my options?

You’ll need to let us know within 30 days of us contacting you (or receiving the parcel back at our warehouse) which option you’d like to go with:

📬 Reshipment

We can resend your order for a $10 shipping fee. Let us know you’d like this option and we’ll send you a payment link.

🏃 Local Pick-Up (Free)

Prefer to pick up? You’re welcome to collect from our warehouse at no extra cost:
Aid Station – 9/600 Lorimer Street, Port Melbourne VIC 3207
Just let us know when you're coming by.

Refund

We can issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note a $10 Return to Sender fee will be deducted to cover courier charges.

  • If we don’t hear back from you within 30 days, the order will be considered uncollected and forfeited.
