Why can't I track my package?

 If your tracking number isn’t working or hasn’t updated, don’t stress, here are a few reasons why that might happen and what you can do


📦 Your order hasn’t been dispatched yet

If your order is still marked as “Unfulfilled,” it hasn’t left our warehouse yet. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as it ships.

⏱️ Tracking hasn’t updated yet

It can take a little while for tracking info to appear after your parcel is scanned by the courier — especially during peak times. Please allow 24 hours for the link to update.


🌍 It’s an international order

If you're outside Australia and using standard shipping, your parcel is first tracked via Australia Post.
Once it leaves Australia, switch to your local postal service for more accurate updates (e.g. NZ Post, USPS, La Poste).

📧 Didn’t get a tracking email?

Check your spam or junk folder, or it might have gone to an alternate email (especially if you used Apple Pay or autofill).
If in doubt, log into your account to check your order history. Still no luck? Contact our Athlete Support team and we’ll resend it 💚
