Do I need to pay for my return?

Yes, return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless your item is faulty or damaged.

🇦🇺 Australia 

Returns incur a $10 flat fee, which covers both shipping and processing.

🌍 New Zealand & International

Customers outside Australia will need to organise and pay for their own return postage.
We recommend using tracked postage to ensure the parcel reaches us safely.
