What to expect - NZ & International (All other countries)
Need to send something back from outside Australia? No stress — here’s how it works for New Zealand and international orders.
📨 Step 1: Submit a return request
Before sending anything back, please email us or submit a return request.
We’ll confirm if your item is eligible and guide you through the process.
⚠️ Please do not send items back without approval.
Unapproved returns will be marked Return to Sender (RTS) and Aid Station is not liable for any associated shipping or customs costs.
✅ Return eligibility
Items must be unopened, unused, and in original, sellable condition
Returned within 30 days of receiving your order
Include any original packaging and tags

🔁 Do you offer exchanges?
We don’t offer exchanges. If you’d like a different item, simply return the original for a refund or store credit, and place a new order for the one you need.
📦 How to return your approved item:
- Pack it up securely
Include your order number or packing slip inside the parcel
Make sure it’s packed safely to avoid damage in transit
Ship it to us
Unfortunately, we can’t issue return labels for international orders, so you’ll need to pay for return shipping at your local post office.Send returns to:

Send us your tracking details
Email us your tracking information so we know it’s on the way.
What happens next?
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we’ll process your refund or issue a store credit, depending on what preference you provided.
Please allow up to 5 business days for processing once your parcel reaches us.
