How do I return my item(s)? - AustraliaUpdated 4 hours ago

Returning something? Here's exactly how it works for Australian orders, whether you're using our prepaid label, organising your own return, or dropping it off at our warehouse.

🏢 Returning in person (Port Melbourne)

You’re welcome to return your item directly to our warehouse.

  • Bring your order confirmation or proof of purchase

  • Our team will inspect the item and process your return online. This can be for a refund or store credit, depending on your preference. Please allow 1-2 business days for the refund to be processed.

  • Please ensure your item meets our return eligibility guidelines

📦 Returning online

Please note: We don’t offer exchanges on online orders. If you’d like a different item, you’ll need to return your original and place a new order.


Using our prepaid label

  1. Submit a return request by emailing us or submitting a form. 

  2. We'll send you a $10 return processing fee link

  3. Once paid, you’ll receive a prepaid AusPost return label

  4. Print and attach the label, and drop your parcel at any Australia Post location 

💡 Need help printing? Ask AusPost to scan the barcode on the label and print it for you at the LPO.


Organising it yourself

Prefer to handle the return yourself? That’s fine too.

  1. Pack the item securely and include your order number and name inside the parcel

  2. Post your return to: 

    Aid Station - Returns
    9/600 Lorimer Street
    Port Melbourne, 3207 VIC,
    Australia

  3. Email us your tracking details so we can keep an eye out.

    ⚠️ Note: We're not liable for parcels lost in transit.



What happens next?

Once your return is received and inspected that the item is in sellable condition, if approved we’ll issue either a refund to your original payment method or a store credit, whichever preference you selected.

Please allow up to 5 business days for processing once it arrives at our warehouse.


🕓 Peak periods

During peak times (like sales, promotions, or public holidays), please allow an additional 1–2 business days for processing.
