How can I find my return label?

It’s super easy to locate your return label! Here’s how:

📧 1. Check your email

If your return has been approved, we’ll send a confirmation email with your return label attached.

If you don’t see it, make sure to check your spam or junk folder,  it can sneak in there sometimes!

💻 2. Find it in your Podium account

1. Log into your Podium Account

2. Go to ‘Your Orders’

3. Click on the relevant order (you may need to log in again)

4. If your return has been approved, you’ll see the option to download your label

5. Click ‘Download Return Label’ and you’re good to go
