Why was my order cancelled?

We’re really sorry your order was cancelled, we know that’s frustrating. We’ll always refund you and send you an update via email.


🧾 Common reasons an order may be cancelled:

📦 Item availability

The item may have sold out before your order was finalised, or we had insufficient stock to complete it.

Item condition

If the product didn’t meet our quality standards at the time of packing, we won’t send it out — we want to make sure you get the best.

🔍 Listing errors

Sometimes items may be incorrectly priced, described, or shown in photos due to a system or listing error.

💳 Billing or payment issue

If there’s an issue with your card or payment details, your order may be automatically cancelled.
Check your order confirmation email to ensure your billing details are correct.

When will I get my refund?

If your order or an item is cancelled, a refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
