We aim to get your return sorted as quickly as possible. Here’s what to expect once your parcel is on its way back to us.

💡 We’ll send you an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

🇦🇺 Australia Returns

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we’ll have it processed within up to 5 business days.

If you’re returning via our prepaid label, you can track your parcel to know when it reaches us.

🌍 New Zealand & International Returns

Returns from outside Australia will also be processed within up to 5 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
Please ensure you’ve shared your return tracking number with us so we can all track it's progress.  

🕓 Peak periods

During peak times (like sales, promotions, or public holidays), please allow an additional 1–2 business days for processing.
