What happens if a product goes out of stock after I order it?

Occasionally, due to high demand or unexpected inventory issues, an item may go out of stock after your order has been placed. We know it’s frustrating,  and we’ll always do our best to resolve it quickly.

If this happens, our Athlete Support team will reach out to let you know as soon as possible.

 Step 2: You choose how you'd like to proceed

You can choose from the following options:

  • A refund for the unavailable item

  • A store credit to use on your next order

  • A personalised recommendation from Ask Ash to find a similar product (if available)

  • Wait for the item to come in stock (depending on availability)
