🔁 What items can I return?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• 🧼 Unopened and unused, seal intact

• 📦 In its original packaging and in sellable condition

• 🧾 Accompanied by your order number or invoice

• ⏳ Returned within 30 days of your order being delivered

❌ What can’t be returned?

We do not accept returns for:

• Items that have been opened, used, partly used, connected to device or consumed

• Final sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

• Tech items (e.g. watches, FORM goggles, headphones, recovery boots) cannot be returned unless unopened, unused and unconnected, in their original packaging with seal intact.

• Items excluded for hygiene reasons (socks, underwear, swimwear)
