Is my item/order eligible for return? 

🔁 What items can I return?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• 🧼 Unopened and unused

• 📦 In its original packaging and in saleable condition

• 🧾 Accompanied by your order number or invoice

• ⏳ Returned within 30 days of your order being delivered

❌ What can’t be returned?

We do not accept returns for:

• Items that have been opened, used, or consumed

• Final sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

• Tech items (e.g. watches, FORM goggles, headphones, recovery boots) cannot be returned unless unopened in their original packaging.

• Items excluded for hygiene reasons — this will always be noted on the product page
