My package was Returned to Sender (RTS)Updated 3 days ago
If your parcel is returned to us by the courier (RTS), don't stress - we've got you covered!
If we're notified by the courier first, we'll email you. If you spot the RTS status before we do, please contact our Athlete Support team as soon as possible so we can assist.
What are my options?
You'll need to let us know within 30 days of us contacting you (or receiving the parcel back at our warehouse) which option you'd like to go with:
📬 Reshipment
We can resend your order with the following fees:
- Australian orders: $15 AUD shipping fee
- International orders: Equivalent to original shipping label cost
Let us know you'd like this option and we'll send you a payment link.
🏃 Local Pick-Up (Free)
Prefer to pick up? You're welcome to collect from our warehouse at no extra cost:
Aid Station – 9/600 Lorimer Street, Port Melbourne VIC 3207
Just let us know when you're coming by.
💰 Refund
Prefer a refund? We can issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note the following 'Return to Sender' fees will be deducted to cover courier charges:
- Australian orders: $15 AUD processing fee plus original shipping costs
- International orders: Processing fee equivalent to original shipping label cost plus original shipping costs
⚠️ Important Notes
- If we don't hear back from you within 30 days, the order will be considered uncollected and forfeited - a refund won't be possible

- All fees help cover courier handling and processing costs
