I received the incorrect item/Something is missing from my order!Updated 3 days ago

Let us know what went wrong by submitting a request 👉 Contact us here
Be sure to include:

  • Your order number

  • A list of the item(s) that are missing or incorrect

  • A photo of the entire order (shipping box included)

Step 2: We’ll investigate and resolve

Our team will look into the packing cameras and work to resolve things quickly. If something’s gone wrong, we’ll make it right.
