You can check the status of your order anytime by logging into your account using the email you used at checkout.

Here’s what each status means when you view your order:

Unfulfilled – Your order hasn’t been dispatched or finalised yet. It’s likely still being processed
Fulfilled – Your order has either been dispatched and is on its way (you’ll receive tracking info once it's moving), or it’s been prepared and is ready for pickup if you selected Click & Collect.
