🔒 Maximum points you can use per order

The maximum points you can use per order is 2,000 points, which equals $20 off.

Other possible issues:

• 🚫 When trying to redeem a Reward, your points don’t meet the minimum spend required to unlock a Reward

• 🛒 You have items in your cart that are ineligible for Reward codes

• Minimum $ spend requirement not met (e.g. Reward: 5% off on orders over $150)

• GOLD Express upgrade won't be working if order is under $99

• ⚙️ A temporary system glitch, try again in a few minutes
