Authority to leave/ leave in a safe placeUpdated 2 months ago

This applies to orders in Australia only (for international orders please check with your local postal service)

By default, all domestic parcels require a signature on delivery for safety. However, you can request your order to be left in a safe place (also known as "Authority to Leave") through your Australia Post tracking link or the AusPost app.

📝 How it works:

  • You can select “Leave in a Safe Place” once your parcel is out for delivery

  • The delivery driver will leave your parcel in a secure spot at your address (if one is available)

  • No signature will be required

⚠️ Please note:

  • Once the parcel has been marked as delivered and left in a safe place, it is considered delivered and complete

  • We are not liable or responsible for any loss, damage, or theft that may occur after it has been delivered under Authority to Leave

If your order is of high value or time-sensitive, we recommend keeping signature on delivery enabled for extra peace of mind 💚
