Yes, as a safeguard, all domestic orders require a signature by default to ensure secure delivery.
📦 What if I’m not home?
If no one is available to sign, Australia Post will either:
Leave a card and redirect your parcel to your local Post Office for collection, or
Deliver it to a secure location if you've enabled 'Leave in a safe place' through the AusPost app
⚠️ Important to know:
If you opt for safe drop via the AusPost app, the parcel is considered delivered once dropped, and we cannot cover any loss or damage from that point onward
We recommend keeping the signature required for high-value or time-sensitive orders to ensure full tracking and accountability.
