If you haven’t received your order confirmation email, don’t stress, here are a few things to check first:

Sometimes our emails sneak into your junk, spam, or promotions folders, especially if it's your first time ordering from us.
📮 2. Was your email entered correctly?
If there was a typo in your email, or you checked out using a different email address (like through Apple Pay, which can mask or hide your real email), the confirmation might’ve been sent elsewhere.

🕐 3. Give it a few minutes
Confirmation emails are usually sent instantly, but in rare cases, it might take 5–10 minutes to come through (especially during peak times or if your payment is still processing).
