Why did my order not receive the free product, e.g. free sachet?
For a free item or deal (like a free sachet) to be applied, you must manually add the item to your cart during checkout. These offers are not automatically applied, even if your cart qualifies.
⚠️ Important to note:
If you remove an item that’s part of a deal/bundle, the discount or free product will also be removed automatically.
