Why am I charged for shipping if it meets the threshold?Updated 2 months ago

To qualify for free shipping, your order total must meet the threshold after any discounts or promotions have been applied*.

A couple of quick things to check:

• ✅ Is your cart total (excluding the delivery fee) over $99 AUD (Australia) or $120 NZD (New Zealand)?

• 🛍️ Did you apply any discount codes that brought your subtotal below the free shipping threshold?
