What do I need to bring to collect my Click & Collect order?Updated 2 months ago

When collecting your order from our Port Melbourne warehouse, please bring:

• A copy of your Order Collection Notification (on your phone is totally fine)

• Your order number/order confirmation

📩 How will I know when my order is ready for collection?

After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email letting you know when your order is ready.

⚠️ Please wait until you receive this notification before coming to collect.
Visiting the warehouse early may result in your items not being ready.

⏱️ Cutoffs

• Order before 12 PM (AEST) for same-day collection by 4 PM*

• Orders placed after 12 PM will be ready next business day, subject to availability
