Tracking Status: “In Customs” and Not Updating?
If your tracking shows “In Customs” or hasn’t moved in a while, don’t worry. This is a common part of the international delivery process and usually resolves itself without any action needed.
Why is my parcel stuck in customs?
Since your order is shipping outside of Australia, it must go through international customs clearance. During this time, parcels may:
Remain in the same status for several days
Be held longer during high-volume periods or random checks
Not receive new tracking updates until cleared
📦 While most parcels clear quickly, border clearance times are out of our control. Some packages do take longer due to customs delays, international transit backlogs, or local delivery schedules.
Where should I track it?
Once your parcel leaves Australia, you’ll get more accurate updates by switching to your local postal service for example:
