If your reward code isn’t applying at checkout, here are a few things to check before reaching out.
Troubleshooting steps:
Double-check the code is entered correctly (watch for spaces or typos)
Make sure the minimum $ spend is met (e.g. 5% off on orders over $150)
Make sure the reward hasn’t expired
Mystery gift needs to be added to cart before applying the code
Ensure the reward applies to the items currently in your cart
GOLD Express upgrade won't be working if order is under $99
Confirm the reward hasn’t already been used
- Use the same email linked to your PODIUM account, rewards are tied to that account only
Minimum spend requirements
Some Rewards only work once your cart hits a certain total:

5% Off | $150+ AUD |
10% Off | $250+ AUD |
Points-to-$ | 100 points = $1 off |
Discounts apply to product total only, shipping does not count toward minimum spend.
