If your reward code isn’t applying at checkout, here are a few things to check before reaching out.

Troubleshooting steps:

• Double-check the code is entered correctly (watch for spaces or typos)

• Make sure the minimum $ spend is met (e.g. 5% off on orders over $150)

• Make sure the reward hasn’t expired

• Mystery gift needs to be added to cart before applying the code

• Ensure the reward applies to the items currently in your cart

• GOLD Express upgrade won't be working if order is under $99

• Confirm the reward hasn’t already been used

• Use the same email linked to your PODIUM account, rewards are tied to that account only

Minimum spend requirements

Some Rewards only work once your cart hits a certain total: 

Discounts apply to product total only, shipping does not count toward minimum spend.
