My rewards code isn’t working
If your reward code isn’t applying at checkout, here are a few things to check before reaching out
Troubleshooting steps:
Double-check the code is entered correctly (watch for spaces or typos)
Make sure the reward hasn’t expired
Ensure the reward applies to the items currently in your cart
Confirm the reward hasn’t already been used
- Use the same email linked to your Podium account, rewards are tied to that account only
Minimum spend requirements
Some rewards only apply once your cart hits a certain total:

5% Off | $150+ AUD |
10% Off | $250+ AUD |
Points-to-$ | 100 points = $1 off |
Discounts apply to product total only, shipping does not count toward minimum spend.
