Program Overview

Welcome to PODIUM, Aid Station's loyalty program designed to reward our valued endurance athletes! Membership is completely free and begins automatically when you create an account on our website.

Program Launch: PODIUM officially launched on 21 June 2024. Your membership tier and points accumulation began from this date if you already had an account.

Eligibility & Participation

• Open to all customers with an Aid Station account

• By participating, you agree to these terms and conditions

• Aid Station reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time

Important Program Rules

• All currency amounts are in Australian dollars (AUD), including international orders

• Points, rewards, and loyalty gifts are non-transferable and non-refundable

• Multiple user accounts cannot be merged

• Forgotten discount codes or points cannot be applied after order completion - orders must be cancelled and re-placed

• Returned purchases will result in point deductions from your account

Important Expiry Information

• Points: Expire 12 months from earning date (email reminders sent to subscribed members)

• Tier Status: Reviewed annually based on your last 365 days of spending activity, starting from 1.1.2026

• Activated Rewards: Never expire once activated in your account

How to Earn Points

Standard Earning Rates (changes coming 1.1.2026)

• Bronze Members: 5 points per $1 spent

• Silver Members: 6 points per $1 spent

• Gold Members: 7 points per $1 spent

Note: Shipping costs, gift card payments, and discount amounts don't count toward points. Points are rounded to the nearest dollar (e.g., $123.45 = 123 points × your tier rate).

Bonus Point Opportunities

• Welcome Bonus: 100 points for signing up

• Birthday Reward: 200 points (available 30 days after signup via email)

• Product Reviews: 100 points per review (must have purchased the product, limit once per month)

• Social Media Follows: 100 points each for following us on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok

Redeeming Your Points

Direct Cash Rewards

Redeem points directly on your Loyalty page:

• 500 points = $5 credit (maximum 2,000 points per redemption)

Special Rewards

• 500 points: 5% off orders over $150

• 2,000 points: 10% off orders over $250

Discount codes are single-use only. Order discounts cannot be combined with other order discounts, but can be used with Gift With Purchase promotions and shipping discounts.

Referral Program

Share the love of endurance nutrition! When you refer a new customer to Aid Station:

• Your friend receives a $10 gift voucher upon account creation

• You receive a $10 gift voucher after their first purchase of $50 or more

• Cannot combine with other order discounts

Membership Tiers & Benefits

All new members start at Bronze tier.
