I redeemed my points but it didn’t add to my cart

No stress, your points haven’t gone anywhere! 💚

When you redeem points for a reward, they’re converted into a reward code.
But unless you apply that code at checkout, the reward won’t be used, meaning it’s still there and ready to go!

How to find and use your unused rewards:

1. Sign up or log in to your Podium account 👉 Click here

2. Scroll down the Loyalty page to the “Rewards” section

3. Find your unused reward and either:

   • Press “Apply Code” to add it directly to your cart (not available for mystery gifts)

   • Or tap the 📋 copy icon and paste the code manually at checkout

4. If you ever misplace the code, just come back to this section to retrieve it

5. Once a reward is used, it will no longer appear under “Rewards”
