I received the incorrect item/ Something is missing from my order!Updated 4 months ago

Be sure to include:

  • Your order number

  • A list of the item(s) that are missing or incorrect

  • A photo of the entire order and packing slip (if available)

Step 2: We’ll investigate and resolve

Our team will look into it and work to resolve things quickly. If something’s gone wrong, we’ll make it right.
