You redeemed a Reward, your points are gone but you didn’t use it yet?

Here’s how to find your unused Rewards.

Steps to locate them:

1. Log in to your PODIUM Loyalty account 👉 Click here

2. Click “View Rewards”

3. Scroll down to the “Rewards” section

4. Any unused codes will be listed there, along with options to:

   • ✅ Apply Code (automatically adds to cart, not valid for mystery gifts)

   • 📋 Copy Code (manually paste it at checkout) 

💌 Also emailed to you:

All redeemed Rewards are also emailed to you when redeemed. Check your inbox (and junk folder!) if you can’t find them in your account.
