How do I update the shipping address for my order?Updated 13 days ago
We can only update your shipping address if your order has not been dispatched yet. So it’s important to get in touch quickly!
Please either:
📬 Submit a request via our Contact Form, or Email us at [email protected]
Be sure to include your updated address and any important details like:
Unit, PO Box or Parcel Box number
Street and street number
Postal code, State/Territory, Country
Business name (if applicable)
We’ll check your order status and update the address if it hasn’t been packed or shipped yet.

Australia: Submit a redirection request via AusPost App.
International: Contact us using the details above and we'll do our best to assist with redirection. However, international redirections aren't always possible, and Aid Station cannot be responsible for lost parcels when incorrect shipping addresses are provided.
