What are Final Sale Items?

Final Sale items are products marked with "FINAL SALE" labels on our website. These are typically:

  • Clearance products

  • Discontinued items

  • End-of-season stock

  • Special promotional items

  • Items with limited stock


    Please note that even if socks, underwear or swimwear are not marked as Final Sale, they are not eligible for exchange or return as they fall under personal care/hygiene items. Read our full Return Policy here.


Final Sale Terms

No Returns or Exchanges

Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind, sizing issues, or personal preference.


Exceptions - Your Rights Protected

Final Sale items CAN be returned or exchanged if:

  • The item is faulty or defective

  • The item is covered by manufacturer warranty

  • We sent you the wrong item

  • The item was damaged in transit

  • The item significantly differs from the website description


Australian Consumer Law

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected by Final Sale status. You're still entitled to remedies for major failures and products that aren't of acceptable quality.


How to Claim

If your Final Sale item is faulty or covered by warranty:

  1. Contact us here within 30 days of delivery or as soon as possible

  2. Provide your order number and description of the issue

  3. Include photos if applicable

  4. We'll assess with the brand, and provide return/replacement instructions if eligible


Gift Purchases

Final Sale items purchased as gifts follow the same policy. Extended return periods for gifts do not apply to Final Sale items unless the item is faulty or under warranty.



PODIUM Loyalty Points

You'll still earn PODIUM points on Final Sale purchases, but points will be deducted if you return a faulty Final Sale item for refund.






Important Notes

  • Check carefully before purchasing Final Sale items - all sales are final unless faulty

  • Size charts and product descriptions should be reviewed thoroughly

  • No price adjustments if Final Sale items are further reduced

  • Limited stock - Final Sale items may not be available for exchange even if faulty
