Can I add/remove an item to my existing order and if so, how?Updated 2 months ago

Absolutely! If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we may be able to add or remove items, but you'll need to get in touch as soon as possible.


🛒 How to add something to your order:

  1. Contact us right away via our Contact Form or email us at [email protected]

  2. Let us know:

    • The item(s) you want to add or remove

    • Flavour, size, or any other relevant details

    • Quantity you'd like adjusted

  3. If the item is available, we’ll send you a payment link for the difference

  4. Once payment is received (if applicable), we’ll update your order and get it ready for dispatch

📦 Orders won’t leave our warehouse until any updates and payments are finalised.

📌 Same-day dispatch cut-off: 12 PM AEDT/AEST (Melbourne time)*
*This is a guideline, not a guarantee. While we do our best to ship orders out on time, dispatch may be delayed during peak periods, sales events, or due to unexpected courier or warehouse issues.


⚠️ A few important things to keep in mind:

  • We can’t guarantee stock will be available at the time you request the change

  • Once your order has been packed or shipped, we’re unable to make changes

  • If you're picking up from our warehouse, we’ve got a bit more flexibilitylet us know ASAP and we’ll do our best to accommodate
